The COMPASS web site (www.compass.state.pa.us) makes it possible for anyone with internet access to complete applications for the various social services listed below. Personal information is protected through an encryption process and private user identification/password. The encryption process protects the information during electronic transmission, and the user ID/password ensures confidentiality when the application is received.
