Congratulations to the Shippensburg Greyhound Varsity Baseball Team as they defeated Cumberland Valley 5-2 in the Mid Penn Conference Semi Final game last night at Northern. They will now move on to the Championship finals today, Thursday, May 17th at 6:00 p.m. at Northern High School Field. Admission is $5.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Students.

Greyhound Track and Field: The following student athletes will be competing this Friday and Saturday, May 18th and May 19th at Shippensburg University.

Taylor, Javelin Saturday 9:00 a.m.

Dustin, High Jump Friday 4:00 p.m.

Zachary, Shot Put Friday 4:00 p.m.

Garrett, Shot Put Friday 4:00 p.m.

Greyhound Baseball Team will be hosting the first round game of District 3 Baseball on Monday, May 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Greyhound Softball Team will be traveling to Big Spring to play Susquenita in the first round of District 3 Softball on Tuesday, May 22nd at 4:30 p.m.

Admission for all events will be $5.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Students.

Mid Penn Baseball Championship Game Rescheduled

The Mid Penn Baseball Championships originally scheduled for Monday, May 14th has been postponed again until Wednesday, May 16th at Northern High School at 6:30 p.m. For planning purposes, the Championship game is now scheduled for Thursday, May 17th at 6:00 p.m. at Northern High School.

Athletic Physicals

Athletic Physicals for the 2012-2013 school year for grades 6 - 8 will be held on June 4, 2012, at the Middle School during the day.

Athletic Physicals for the 2012-2013 school year for grades 9 - 11 will be held on June 5, 2012, at the High School during the day.

Athletic physicals are required prior to participation in a school sponsored sport by either the school physician or your private physician. The appropriate forms will be handed out during a meeting in May or they may be downloaded here:. There is a $10 charge for athletic physicals done at the school.
