Address Changes

We will not change your address in the system until we receive the two proofs of residency.

State auditors require us to have proof that every child we educate is a resident of the district or otherwise qualifies to be educated at the district.

Two proofs of residency on file for each student. Acceptable forms include:

• A current deed;
• A mortgage statement no more than three months old;
• An active residential lease agreement;
• A bank statement, credit card, utility, or Internet bill no more than three months;
• A tax bill no more than three months old;
• An insurance document no more than three months old; 
• A valid vehicle registration, with the start date no more than three months old;
  
• A piece of mail sent by the federal or state government, such as benefits information, voter registration, or tax documents, with a date no more than three months old.

In Skyward the is an Address Change Form.  You can go there to complete the form and upload your proofs of residency or send copies of them with your child to take to the office of the school they attend.
