Requirements/Clearances
To comply with school board policies, federal, state, and local laws the following is required prior to starting employment:
- Act 34 (Criminal History Background Check) Clearance
- Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History) Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Criminal Background Check (you will need service code 1KG6XN when registering)
- Commonwealth-of-Pennsylvania’s-Sexual-Misconduct-Abuse-Disclosure-Release-1
- School Personnel Health Record
- Act 24 Form Arrest & Conviction Report
